Payment Information Wittle Bill's only uses Paypal Checkout for accepting payments online. You can pay directly from your Paypal account if you have one or by credit/debit card or echeck, etc. through the paypal process even if you dont have a Paypal account. In addition you can pay directly from your bank account if you already have a Paypal account linked to your bank. You can also mail your payment for your purchases if you are uncomfortable with transacting online. To make a purchase by personal check, money order, or cashiers check, please use the Contact link and be sure to include the item# number of the item you wish to purchase. The item will then be removed from our inventory awaiting your mailed payment. If payment is not received within 10 business days from the date of your request, the item will be reposted and available for sale to the public. All other order types are processed immediately.

Shipping Information All merchandise will be shipped using any method of our discretion via the United States Postal Service or other service unless other arrangements have been made and all extra fees, if any, have been paid. Insurance, package and handling fees, tracking, and conformation may be applied to some items at our discretion and will already be included in the shipping price. Our shipping prices are for the United States and Canada only. If you live outside of the US & Canada and would like to make a purchase, you must use our Shipping Request Form. We will then send you an email with a payment link that includes the cost for the item + shipping to your country. Shipping to countries outside of the US and Canada can take up to 3 weeks for delivery but usually take less than 10 days.

Returns Information If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason other than breakage during shipping, you have a full 10 days from the date you receive your merchandise to return it for a full refund of the purchased price. Please understand that shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that if you decide to return your merchandise, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. If you are sent the wrong merchandise by mistake, which is not likely, shipping charges incurred to return the item/items will be refunded to you and your correct merchandise will be shipped to you at no cost.
