What methods can I use to make my purchase? Answer: You can use all major credit/debit cards through the Paypal or Google Checkout Process. You do not need a paypal account to make your purchase through paypal. However, you must have a google checkout account before you can use their payment process. We use Paypal and Google Checkout because they are easy, familiar, safe and secure ways to pay online. Wittle Bill's also accepts personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders on Request. To make a purchase by personal check, money order, or cashiers check, please use the Contact us link and be sure to include the Item# of the item you are purchasing. Upon receipt of your request, the item will then be removed from our inventory. If your payment is not received within 10 business days from the date of your request, the item will be reposted and available for sale to the public.

I cant find shipping cost outside of the U.S. & Canada. Do you ship overseas? Answer: Wittle Bill's does ship to locations outside of the US and Canada but only by request. If you live outside of the United States and Canada and would like to make a purchase, please use the Shipping Request Form and include: Your Name Your Shipping Address Your Email Address The Item# After we have obtained the cost of shipping to your location, we will send you an email invoice with payment options and a link where you can make payment.

How long will it take to receive my item after payment has been made? Answer: Items usually ship from our location within 1 to 2 days but can take up to 2 weeks from receipt of payment. Delivery time is usually within 3 to 5 days to the US and Canada and items are usually shipped via USPS® in most cases. International orders can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on your location and are usually sent via USPS International First Class Mail® . These times may be longer during busy holidays.

How come Wittle Bill's does not charge sales tax? Answer: Sales tax for purchases from Wittle Bill's only apply to the state in which Wittle Bill's is located. Wittle Bill's is located in Arkansas. So sales tax would only apply to persons who reside in Arkansas. Wittle Bill's has opted to just go ahead and pay the sales tax on items purchased by Arkansas residents.

Does Wittle Bill's sell on consignment? Answer: No, we do not have consignment sales. However, this may change in the future as we grow. We are already considering it.

Is Wittle Bill's interested in purchasing my collectibles? Answer: Yes, we are always interested in purchasing items that are vintage or rare and items that we currently have listed. However, in most cases the shipping cost to get them to us makes it non profitable, depending on what they are. So, unless you live near us, it is probably not thrifty for us to buy your items. There are certain items we will buy regardless of where your located, so always Contact us to see if we are interested.
